Moving Minds Original Series ft Aaron Gordon and Graham Betchart

New original series on mindfulness, mental skills training, and the process of playing present.

    About the series

Aaron Gordon and elite mental skills coach Graham Betchart train together for more than 10 years harnessing the power of mental skills training.  This season they level up and share the process of playing present to bring calm and move minds. When the world shifts and uncertainty is the new normal, how they choose to respond shows how mindset can be the real game changer.
Using a blend of documentary footage, animation, and archival content, Moving Minds creates an immersive world for viewers to look at how training our minds can help all of us perform better in life and sports.
